These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 757 platform, accessible via our website and mobile app. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 757 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the 757 platform immediately. This platform is for users aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
757 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Accounts may not be registered under another person's name or using a false identity.
- 757 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request supporting documents where necessary.
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by anyone else.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 757 customer support immediately.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone.
Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 757 platform are required to comply with all usage rules set out herein. The platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and must not be used for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Strictly prohibited actions include:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to access or operate the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform or abuse promotions and bonuses.
- Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or benefits that would not otherwise be available.
- Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful through the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 757 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account concerned while an investigation is ongoing.
Payment & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the 757 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not directly accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
Deposits are processed via supported local payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply based on the user's account tier. Successful deposits will be credited to the account within the timeframe specified by the chosen payment method.
Withdrawal requests will be processed once identity verification and all relevant conditions have been met. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to separate rollover requirements and validity periods. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met. 757 reserves the right to void bonuses if a user is found to have abused the promotions programme.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

The 757 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 757 makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or system failures. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 757 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to unintentional technical disruptions.
In cases where a technical error affects the outcome of a game, 757 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered funds to the user's account.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
757 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, requests from relevant authorities, or suspicious activity.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of these Terms may not be eligible to recover any remaining account balance. The final decision on this matter is at the sole discretion of 757.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and materials associated with the 757 platform are the exclusive property of 757 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any element of the platform without written permission.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
The 757 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 757 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Users access such links at their own risk and are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms.
757 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the 757 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to an appropriate resolution mechanism.
